Appointments¶
Jumpmind Commerce provides both an API and in-store capabilities for creating and managing in-store appointments. The appointment functionality can be accessed from the Homescreen

View upcoming appointments¶
The Appointments Home lists the appointments for the day as well as a summary of future appointments

Create New Appointment¶
Creation of both scheduled and walk-in appointments are supported from the in-store application.

Scheduled¶
Creating an appointment requires the customer to be identified and linked.

Once the customer is linked their information can be updated in the case the appointment is for someone other than the primary person on the customer account.

Next pick the day and time-slot to finish creating the appointment.

Picking walk-in will immediately create an appointment for now and launch into the Consultation screen so that the store associate can immediately begin helping the customer.
