Consultation

A consultation is the capability to enhance the store associates ability to help a customer while they are in the store. This is done by providing personalized information such as purchase history, notes from previous visits, and building a cart while working with the customer.

When the consultation session is complete the associate can then either checkout the customer right there on the same device or click done and when the customer links their account on another device the Fitting Cart items will appear

Based on configuration the items will need to be rescan for verification.
